Most requests are scheduled within a few business days depending on scope, weather, and access. For condos and commercial sites, we can also plan after-hours or off-peak windows.
Do you provide free on-site assessments? ⌄
Yes. For larger sites or restoration work, we can visit and provide a clear scope and estimate. For smaller jobs, photos and a short call may be enough to quote.
Will pressure washing damage interlock or surfaces? ⌄
We use surface-appropriate pressure, wide-angle tips, and professional equipment to avoid etching, striping, or dislodging jointing material. For interlock, we can re-sand and seal when needed.
What do you need from us before you arrive? ⌄
We’ll confirm access, water source (if needed), parking/loading, and any site rules. For garages, we may request a brief closure window or cone-off plan to work safely.
